[filmscanners] Re: Minolta Dimage Scan ELite 5400 II negativecarrierslippage

I had to abandon vuewscan. I nearly had a coronary when I got my first
scan using the 5400 II. I was going to return it, but figured I had to
try the factory software first. To be honest, the stock software is
pretty good, though it lacks the qt80 calibration of vuescan. Given my
druthers, I rather use vuescan, but the vuescan minolta problem has been
around a long time, so I don't expect it to ever get fixed.
