[filmscanners] RE: Third-party repair options for Polaroid SS 4000?



Tom, I've replied to you and Bob off-list... happy to forward your specific 
inquiries.

My guess is that a Polaroid employee who reads this list forwarded my query to 
a person a Polaroid's Parts Dept. because I seemed to have narrowed my problem 
down to a specific part.

If you're confident that you are down to a specific part, maybe you could try 
asking Parts, Department <PARTSDEP@polaroid.com> for a quote, but it seems to 
me that it's not the 'official' way to handle this, at least from my initial 
experience before I was kindly helped out.
