Hi,

I hope someone on the group can help.

I have a Polaroid SprintScan 4000 and am running it via an Adaptec 2906 SCSI
card under Mac OS X 10.2.6.(G4 400Mhz, 2Gb ram, 10Gb & 20Gb hard drives)

The problem is not that the PolaColor Insight 5.6 can't see the scanner,
that is all ok.

However, when I initiate a prescan then as the calibration starts then the
screen goes very dark from the top, and I then get a pop-up saying to
re-boot the system completely.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Regards
Eric Calderwood
