I suggest calling 911 if you live in North America and expect a decent
response time.  Using a subscription based list for emergencies could
take longer than you can afford to wait. ;-)

Also, its really hard to help in many emergencies via virtual means.
(like try giving CRP over the computer screen, or helping a drowning
person).

However, if you have a film scanner related problem you need help with,
this is probably the place, but your have to be a little more specific
than just "help". ;-)
