I'm upgrading my system and peripherals - a p4 cpu, Epson 2200 printer,
and, scared by all the accounts I have read here of filmscanner nightmares,
and not wanting to invest serious money in incompatible scankludge, have
decided to buy a cheap film scanner like the Minolta Dimage scan dual II ,
hoping that 2003/4 will the year of the killer filmscanner when my money
will be thinly spent on perfection.

Question: Anyone with experience running the Scan Dual II run with Win
XP? Its not listed in the scanner specs.

One more: Has anyone used slide copy equipment with a higrade 35mm digital
camera to copy(scan?) film? Results Drawbacks? Disaster?
