[filmscanners] FS2710 & WinXP

Hi folks -

I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with running the Canon
2710 under WinXP. I've been running Win98SE for ages now, and I may
be looking at a motherboard upgrade/new computer. I really have no
complaints about 98SE, but upgrading just may go with the territory.
I've heard some devices have trouble with XP. Is it simply a matter
of installing a new driver (I'm using Vuescan), and is Canon offering
such? Sorry, I'm rather ignorant about the ins and outs of SCSI
problems, which is how mine is connected.

Any lights appreciated.
