A friend of mine has a chance to buy an Epson 1600 scanner, new in the box,
for $325. Is this a good deal? She will probably not be using it to scan
film, only for flatbed document scanning, but since people here have
probably used the scanner, I just wanted to get some feedback for her. I
haven't used this scanner myself so I couldn't offer any advice.
