Hmmm.... interesting. I tend to wonder if the model number will
continue to have a direct relationship to the resolution this time. I'd
be very surprised a 8000 dpi scanner is in the works.
Then again, the LS-8000 by Nikon is not a 8000 dpi scanner either.
