Well I don't know.  Maybe somehow I got on Ed's list, although I
honestly have no idea how.  He never responds to e-mail from me, and
he never posts a response to my questions on comp.periphs.scanners,
even though I see him answering questions all around me.  I posted
this question there as well, a few days ago now.    Your guess is as
good as mine.  :-
