1.  When the 35mm holder is fully closed, slide it slightly open again until
the frames line up.  It should still stay shut tight enough.

2.  If you are using Insight, do a 6x24 scan and it will scan the whole
carrier.  Then select the frame you want.  This cannot be done in
Silverfast, although I think you can do a 6x18, so you may have to turn the
strip to get the last few frames.  Vuescan contains a settng for frame
offset which may work.

3.  Sorry, I have not done this.
