Moore never made any "laws", it wasn't his place to.  What he stated were
not laws, but merely suppositions...known by almost anyone in the industry,
before he said the...he was just a public figure who stated them, well,
publicly.  Funny how he gets credited for this...

I'm not sure Foveon's solution IS better.  We have no noise figures from it
at all, and in fact, nothing really from them...so how can one conclude it
IS better if one can't test it against anything?
