Thats about right  but mine bogs down sometimes and takes twice as long.

To fix for me is to re boot the system - must have to clear the memory ???

Thats been with 2.5 and 3.1.2.  so the Nikon software I consider has not been 
the problem.

But 23 minutes how can anyone last that long.?
