I just released VueScan 7.3.12 for Windows, Mac OS 8/9/X
and Linux.  It can be downloaded from:

What's new in 7.3.12

  * Added slider controls for numeric options
  * Scan resolution chosen automatically by default
  * Improved color negative scans on SprintScan 120
  * Improved auto-exposure algorithm to account for specular highlights
  * Improved memory allocation on Windows when page file fragmented
  * Fixed problem with Canon FS2720 on Windows
  * Fixed problem on Linux with restarting when external viewer still running
