Yes, it is.  You need to use bigger values for the CCD exposure
to see this though, since it isn't proportional for small values (other
things like motor settling times dominate for small CCD exposure
values).

Use VueScan and set the RGB exposure to 1, 2, 4 and 8.  Graph
the numbers - it will be obvious.
