I have to admit that I was a bit concerned about getting my $200 SS 4000
rebate. I even called up to verify that it was being processed -- didn't
want to wait for 2 months only to find out that they hadn't received my
application. Before I got the processing verification, however, I received
the rebate. BTW, all the people I spoke with on the phone were both polite
and friendly. More important, I wasn't routed from one phone menu to
another.
