Hi Preben,
            Try this, from the PS help file.
In Windows, press and hold Alt+Control+Shift immediately after launching
Photoshop or ImageReady. Click Yes to (Photoshop) delete the Adobe Photoshop
settings file or (ImageReady) erase all ImageReady preferences.
