NAV2001 *does* detect Sircam when I extract the attached file, it is live 
scanning of incoming email which is defective, and also SARC analysis which 
reports no virus when the email is forwarded to Norton. This has been 
confirmed by a number of users. However it is impossible to notify Norton 
since the only UK contact number demands money before they'll accept a 
call :(
