Bankruptcy doesn't entail an end to service agreements, etc. It merely puts
creditors on hold.

True, one would like to deal with a company that is solid financially. I
think Polaroid will probably make some radical cuts -- the usual get lean
and mean approach. I've also hear that the company still holds approximately
50% more assets than it owes.
